As part of the ECI process, Murwil supplied a comprehensive cost plan and buildability guidance. This enabled the project to incorporate design modifications into the town planning set, showcasing Murwil’s valuable contribution throughout the entire ECI process

This project involves the construction of a new two-storey retail showroom on an intersecting corner lot, that incorporates an existing billboard. This undertaking is slated to begin in mid 2023.
