IVANHOE APARTMENT BUILDING

Soon after the client purchased the site, Murwil was contracted to begin work under an ECI agreement.  Once appointed Murwil put together a design team including architect, engineer and services consultants.  In collaboration with the assigned architect, we have been able to advance our documentation to 80% design development.

Spanning three floors plus a basement, this project includes ten apartments with an anticipated start onsite in late 2023. Murwil’s expertise has been invaluable to the ECI process, providing an in-depth cost plan and buildability advice. By following this early direction, our client was able to maximise their value.
