This project involved the re development of an existing grand Victorian dwelling into a medical clinic. The new clinic situated on Kooyong Road in Armadale includes three treatment rooms, reception area, staff area and pathology centre. This project scope included partial demolition and modification of the existing building, fit out works, new car-parking, roof replacement and landscaping.
