Murwil was engaged under an ECI agreement whilst just before the during the Town Planning Stage of the Project
Murwil alongside the project architect and design team have assisted in progressed the documentation to 80% design development.
As part of the ECI process, Murwil provided a detailed cost plan and buildability advice. Which enabled the necessary changes to the design could be incorporated into the town planning set. Highlighting the value of Murwil’s ECI involvement
The project consists of a construction of a new two story retail show room located on a corner block with an existing billboard that has been incorporated into the design.
This project is looking to start onsite in mid-2023
