This project includes construction of a new medical clinic including 3 treatment rooms, reception, staff area and new pathology centre located on Kooyong Road in Armadal. The scope includes partial demolition and alteration work to the existing building. As well as all fit out works, carparking, roof replacement and landscaping works.
